Create an account and save your login details
Go to the XixiVPN account creation page, choose a username and password, and follow the on-screen instructions. No email address is required. You’ll use your username to sign in to the dashboard, so choose one you can recognize. Use a unique password and save it in a trusted password manager. Don’t rely on a browser session staying signed in; you may need your login details when switching devices.
When you’re done, open the dashboard and make sure you can access the account overview and Plans section. If you’re still on the sign-in page, log in with the username and password you just saved; there’s no need to create another account. Your orders, subscriptions, and client downloads are all linked to this account, so keep using the same one across your computer and other devices.
Creating an account and activating a paid plan are separate steps. Once you’re in the dashboard, review the available options and choose a billing method that suits you. Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients are available after you log in; check your plan status in the dashboard to confirm that your subscription is ready for use. The iOS client download option requires an active plan; see the steps below.
Choose a plan based on how you use it
Open the Plans section in your dashboard. First, distinguish monthly plans from data packs, then compare the data allowances. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your renewal date, so don’t calculate it based on the end of the calendar month. Your needs will vary depending on whether you mainly use text, email, and websites or regularly stream video, so choose based on how you actually use the service.
If your usage varies, consider a data pack: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Data is available until it runs out, and the pack never expires. Data packs don’t reset monthly, so the included data won’t be replenished each month. For a side-by-side look at prices and billing, read the full plan details, then return to the dashboard to make your choice.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, amount due, and billing method on the order confirmation page. Pay using one of the options shown. XixiVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the payment instructions displayed for your order. Once payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check that the order is complete and the plan is active. If the status hasn’t updated, reload the page before taking further action to avoid paying twice based on outdated information.
Plans include unlimited devices and a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. If you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the dashboard for the exact calculation. You don’t need to review every server detail before getting started. Once your plan is active, continue to the subscription step. See the Terms of Service for full billing and refund terms.
Get your personal subscription from the dashboard
Open the account overview and check your plan status and remaining data, then find the subscription section. Your subscription gives the client access to the server configuration linked to your account. It isn’t an app installer or a regular website address. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, use that. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and add it to the client manually.
When using a computer, keep the dashboard and client open at the same time. After copying the link, switch straight to the client rather than pasting it into a chat app or document, where it could be changed accidentally. If you need to paste it manually, copy the full link without removing any trailing parameters. Don’t include line breaks, explanatory text, or extra spaces. If the client says the address is invalid, it’s usually safer to copy it again from the dashboard than to edit it yourself.
Your subscription link is tied to your account’s access, so keep it as secure as your login details. Don’t post it in public groups or forums, include it in screenshots, or paste it into an unfamiliar subscription-conversion site. When reporting a problem to support, you can share the error message and steps you took, but hide the full link and any sensitive parameters.
If the account overview doesn’t show an available subscription, revisit the previous section. Make sure you’re signed in to the account that placed the order, the plan is active, and data is available. Installing a client doesn’t mean the subscription is ready. Confirm the dashboard status before importing so you can rule out account issues before troubleshooting the client.
Import a client for your platform
In the client downloads section of the dashboard, choose the XixiVPN client for your device’s operating system and read the instructions provided. You need a network proxy client that supports subscription configuration, not a browser for opening the subscription link. This guide doesn’t provide direct installer links. Get the client and its instructions from the dashboard, install it, then follow the steps for your platform below.
Windows: Add a subscription or configuration
Sign in to the dashboard to get the Windows client, then install and open it by following the setup instructions. In the client, find the subscriptions, profiles, or configuration management section and choose the option to add a remote subscription. Paste the link copied from the dashboard into the address field. If a name is required, use a label that’s easy to recognize. This is just a list label; don’t enter your username or password in the subscription address field.
Save the subscription and update it or download the configuration. Wait for the server list to appear, then select the configuration you just added. If the dashboard offers one-click import, your browser may ask whether to open the client. Confirm, then return to the client and check that the configuration was saved. You don’t need to adjust advanced routing options yet; first confirm that the server appears, then test the connection.
macOS: Allow the client to open and add a remote configuration
Get the macOS client from the dashboard, follow the installation instructions to place it in Applications, and launch it. If macOS asks whether to open the app or add a network configuration, check the app’s source and the prompt before deciding. Don’t disable system-wide security settings just to complete the import. If the app won’t open, first refer to the installation instructions in the dashboard.
In the client’s configuration or subscription manager, add the remote address, paste your personal subscription, and save it. Then update the configuration. Some clients place the proxy switch in the menu bar, separate from the configuration window. Check that the right subscription is selected, then enable the connection from the menu bar or main window. Importing a profile alone doesn’t turn the proxy on.
Android: Update the configuration after adding your subscription
Sign in to the dashboard to get the Android client, then install it using your device’s instructions. Open the app and go to its configuration or subscription page. Choose the option to import from a link, paste the subscription address, and save it. If you use the browser’s quick-import option, select the right client when prompted by the system. Return to the app and check that a server list appears, rather than just an empty profile name.
The first time you connect, Android usually displays a VPN connection request. Allow it only after confirming that it came from the client you’re using. Background management settings may affect whether the app keeps running. If it often disconnects when you switch apps, check the device’s background activity settings for that client. First confirm that the configuration and connection work; adjust related permissions only if needed.
iOS: Use the download option for an active plan
The iOS client download option requires an active plan. Sign in to the dashboard and confirm your plan is available, then open the iOS download option and follow the App Store link and instructions shown. If you see a prompt about your plan, return to the account overview and check its status. Don’t look for installation files on unfamiliar websites.
After installation, return to the dashboard and use the relevant import option, or add your personal link in the client’s subscription or configuration section. When connecting for the first time, iOS may ask permission to add a VPN configuration and require device authentication. Once approved, return to the client and check the connection status. If the import succeeds but no servers appear, update the subscription and confirm that the imported configuration is selected.
Other devices and future updates
The Linux client is also available in the dashboard; sign in and follow the instructions provided for it. You can use the service on unlimited devices. To set up another device, sign in to the same account, get the subscription, and import it on that device. The server list in the client comes from subscription updates. If the dashboard configuration changes, update the subscription in the client; there’s no need to create another account or reinstall the app.
Choose a server and check that it works
Choose a location from the server list that suits the service you want to access, then connect in the client. If this is your first time, start with a commonly used location; there’s no need to test every server. The client showing “Connected” means the connection process has started, but you should still open the website or app you need to confirm it works. Test a regular website first, then your everyday apps. This makes it easier to tell whether the connection isn’t working at all or a particular service has its own account or location requirements.
If your client offers rule-based and global modes, start with its default recommended settings for everyday use. In rule-based mode, the configuration determines which requests use the proxy, so local websites may still show your usual exit IP without anything being wrong. Global mode doesn’t necessarily route every app on your device the same way either. Client support for system proxy settings and network routing varies, so the most direct check is whether the website you need loads as expected.
To help check your exit IP, open the What Is My IP page and compare the results before and after connecting. The result only reflects the route used by your current browser request; it can’t confirm how other apps are connected. If the browser works but a desktop app doesn’t, first check whether the app supports the system proxy and review its own proxy settings. Changing servers repeatedly won’t fix an app-specific issue.
If the connection fails, check these in order: confirm your plan is active, update the subscription, select the right configuration, and make sure the connection switch is on. Then try another server. Change one thing at a time and check the result before moving on. Don’t run multiple clients that control network traffic at once, as their proxy settings may conflict. Before switching apps, disconnect the current client and confirm your system network is back to normal.
You’ve completed the setup. For more on the differences between IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections—and how to choose a route for work, video, or everyday browsing—read our guide to choosing an international network service. For location details, see the server list. If you still can’t connect, use the support ticket portal in the dashboard. Include your device operating system, client name, error message, and the steps you’ve tried. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account details before attaching screenshots.
